Who decided to open MASSAGE WORKS Natural Health Center, LLC?
Started as simply, MASSAGE WORKS, in my home, I had a dream. My dream was to offer quality, “no waiting” massage therapy to Northern Michigan, as well as quality food and Natural Health Advice.
I had been offering #1 Massage Therapy for several years when I decided to follow my personal need to learn the answers to my clients’ other (internal) health conditions which I could not resolve with massage therapy alone.

What is Natural Health Advice?
With the use of Muscle Testing, Iridology, Cleansing, and trained Evaluation and Assessment, Amy will make a plan specific to fit your needs.
Living with natural health is how we were originally intended to exist. The human body absolutely has the ability to heal itself, when given the proper tools.
The problem is that most of the food and drink that we ingest are extremely processed. This means that most of the nutrients have been stripped & only minimally replaced or “enriched”, typically with synthetic vitamins which trick our system. Our diets are full of hydrogenated oil, refined sugar and flour, as well as a lot of preserved, processed foods which may have really "clogged" up the factory. Our body is a finely tuned machine, and the fuel we’ve put in is quite likely to have “gooped up the gears”, resulting in less than optimal health.
In her Natural Health Advice session, Amy concentrates on considering letting go of some of those foods, so that your body has a fighting chance on its own. And, no, everyone’s diet suggestions are NOT the same, because we are not the same. We are all individuals, and she believes that our diet should be individualized as well.
